Republican Convention - Day 2
I don't know. I did not see it. I was watching the USA-Canada hockey game while eating chicken wings. Canada looks very solid, and at their best can beat anyone in the tournament. USA has powerful forwards, but the injury-prone defense is not quite able to handle the top-level forwards Canada has. Canada 2-1 win.

I think you got your priorities right by watching hockey instead of the convention! At least in hockey it is real rather than for show.

Well, Wilson did indeed bench Brett Hull to prove a not-one-of-you-is-bigger-than-the-team point and the US won tonight. They looked very good against Slovakia. Still, goal scoring is a surprising problem. Why bench John-Michael Liles- he can carry the puck, and has done a great job. Paul Martin...well, not quite ready for prime-time.
